Q1: How many methods are available for me to purchase the software?

Q2: Can I get a physical CD copy of the product?

A: Yes, you can order a Backup CD of product. If you purchased via RegNow, please find out the item "Add a Backup CD of your Order for $9.95 USD" and click "ADD tO CART" button to to add a CD to your shopping cart.

Q3: How to get an invoice/receipt after I paid for products?

A: With SWREG, when your order is completed, an order information email with a payment receipt (with a print hyperlink) will be automatically sent to the billing email address you provided. If you cannot find such a link, please contact the SWREG customer service at https://www.cardquery.com/.
With RegNow, go to the page https://www.regnow.com/faq.html, enter your order number and email address, you should find your order with a link to your receipt. If not, please contact the REGNOW support at orders@regnow.com.


Q4: What is the difference between the trial version and the registered version?

A: In general, there have no functional difference between trial verison the registered versions. After you place the order successfully, we will provide the registration code to remove the limitations of trial versions. And you will also get prioritized technical support and the right for FREE upgrade to all new versions.


Q5: What are "Registration Backup Service" or "Extended Download Service" on the purchasing page?

A: The Extended Download Service is an optional service offered by RegNow with additional cost. Once you purchase this service, you'll be entitled to 2 year of re-download service for the very version of the product you purchased, which means the service provider will keep backup copy of the current version of the product you purchased, and allows you to download it from the link given to you at any time.
The Registration Backup Service is offered by SWREG during the purchase of certain software products which require the use of a registration code or key for full access or use. With this service, SWREG retains a backup copy of your registration code, for a period of a year, should you need it again in the event of loss, a computer crash, virus, etc.
